Everyone moves at their own pace, carried by collective energy and the magic of the mountains. One loop, ten, twenty… anything is possible. You take part according to your own wishes, solo or in a team, at your own rhythm, running or walking.

3 to 5 Handi teams will share the course with you: you will cross paths with their effort, their smiles, and sometimes even help them tackle a climb. Everyone is a Helping Runner. On a steeper section, a technical descent, or simply for the joy of sharing, you can at any time join a Handi team and help them move forward. No fixed roles, no set rules, just solidarity in action.

And to fully enjoy the experience, the MDS bivouac awaits you. Two nights in a mountain tent. But if you prefer the comfort of a bed in the resort, the format is flexible: you choose your accommodation, your comfort, your adventure. MDS Crazy Loops is not just a race.
